What is Project Road Trip?

In Project Road Trip you will be working with a team of students to research, plan and present a trip through different regions of the United States. Your team will be assigned a specific region in the U.S. and will need to work together, using maps, internet sites, magazines and books to plan the best vacation possible.

You will learn how to use road maps to locate different states and cities in your region. You will learn how to use resources to locate the most interesting places to visit. You will learn how to use sites like Google Maps or Mapquest to plan the route for your travels, how much gas you will need, and how much it will cost you to get there!

When your journey is finished you will create a presentation that you will share with the class.

Have fun !!
